Easy Blueberry Honey Oatmeal
1 cup Quaker Quick Oats, the kind that comes in a big tube (ingredients: 100% natural whole grain quaker quality rolled oats)
1 3/4 cup water
a little less than 1/4 cup raw sugar
1 1/2 large handfuls of fresh blueberries
organic or natural, unprocessed honey
Mix together oats, water, sugar, and blueberries in a microwave safe bowl. I use a plastic mixing bowl. Cook in microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Cook for another 2 minutes. Stir. It is a good sign when some of the blueberries burst open. Allow the oatmeal to sit 2 minutes. Spoon into bowls. Garnish it by drizzling honey on top, letting it collect in delicious little pools. Garnish with a few extra blueberries on top.
