Cinnamon Blueberry Waffles
4 frozen waffles
6 oz. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tsp raw sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
To make this recipe gluten free, choose wheat-free waffles. Trader Joe's wheat-free waffles are very good.
Toast your waffles in the toaster. While the waffles are toasting, microwave the blueberries for 1 minute if fresh or 2 minutes if frozen. Add cinnamon and sugar to the blueberries, stir well, and microwave for 1-2 minutes more.
Spoon the blueberry mixture over the waffles and sprinkle with extra cinnamon sugar if desired.
