Dill

Dill

Dill are thin, threadlike leaves that have a distinctive aroma. Dill seeds are also used in cooking.

Dill goes well with lamb, rice, seafood, salmon, shellfish, chicken, deviled eggs, scrambled eggs, vegetable soups, stew, butter sauces, white wine sauces, potatoes, potato salad, sour cream, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, fennel, zucchini, peas, sauerdraut, creamed corn, onion rolls, and of course pickles.
