
Blueberry Smoothie
1 handful blueberries
6 strawberries, stems removed
1 banana
1/2 cup rice milk
Use a hand-held blender to blend together. You can substitute soy milk or yogurt for the rice milk if you like. I like to add a tablespoon of ground flaxseed to my smoothie for extra fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. Enjoy!
