Fresh Veggie Tray

Fresh Veggie Trays are great for parties, football games, when family comes to visit, meetings, or just as a healthy snack for your family. Most grocery stores have more expensive premade veggie trays, but you can easily make your own.

Fresh Veggie Tray

3 ribs celery

1 handful grape tomatoes
5 baby carrots
1 handful broccoli florets
1/4 cup of your favorite salad dressing

Wash and cut veggies into bite size pieces or sticks. Arrange in a pattern on the serving platter. Place a container of dressing in the middle for dipping.

Use your favorite veggies such as sliced mushrooms, tricolor bell peppers, green beans, sugar snap peas, raddish slices, cucumber, zucchini, etc. The typical salad dressings work well as dips: ranch, French, Caesar, blue cheese, Thousand Island, raspberry vinaigrette, and honey mustard. The only limit is your own imagination. Have fun!
