Blueberry Smoothie

Blueberry Smoothies are delicious and healthy. Full of antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins, blueberries have been shown to fight cancer, support brain function, prevent heart disease, and slow the aging process. A blueberry smoothie is a great way to start your day.

Blueberry Smoothie

1 handful blueberries

6 strawberries, stems removed
1 banana
1/2 cup rice milk

Use a hand-held blender to blend together. You can substitute soy milk or yogurt for the rice milk if you like. I like to add a tablespoon of ground flaxseed to my smoothie for extra fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. Enjoy!
