Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes

I love sweet potatoes - especially when they come already peeled and cubed for me! Maple glazed sweet potatoes is so simple and easy to make, but so delicious your family and friends will think you are an expert chef!

Sweet potatoes are nutritious, and real maple syrup is a natural sugar - much better than refined white sugar - so don't feel guilty for having seconds.

Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes

3 TBS oil

1 bag of cubed sweet potatoes
1/4 cup real maple syrup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put oil in a mixing bowl and add sweet potatoes. Toss to coat. Transfer potato cubes to glass dish and bake for 30 minutes or until soft.

Drizzle syrup over potatoes and stir to coat. Bake another 15 to 25 minutes or until completely cooked. The edges will carmelize and turn brown, and you should be able to poke a fork into the middle easily. Enjoy!
