Meatball Subs

You will be the hit of the party if you serve these for Superbowl Sunday! Also great for a quick weeknight dinner, Father's day, or any old day, really.

Meatball Subs

2 crusty french hoagie rolls

Meatballs, heated
Warm Marinara
Several slices provolone cheese

Preheat your oven broiler, placing a rack in the middle of the oven. Slit the hoagie rolls and pull open to make a pocket. Spoon some warm marinara on both sides of the bread. Add meatballs, and more marinara. Place slices of provolone over the meatballs.

Heat under the broiler until the cheese is is a little browned and bubbly. Garnish with some dried oregano, basil, and parsley on top of the cheese. Delicious!

Meatball Subs are my favorite! And that bit of time under the broiler makes them perfect. It's breakfast time, but I'm wishing I had one NOW!
